Hello….appreciate your article. I truly believe life and true beauty comes from the inside out. An old saying is “We are what we eat” but, more so is “We are what we absorb” Wish I had realized the importance of good food nutrients when I was younger….the good news is you can always start today. Just as previous comment had stated I have a great interest in the frequency of foods and herbs,essential oils etc. Thank You for introducing me to the book.

Cancer is a frightening desease. We must have a positive attitude and be mindfull of what foods we include in our diet to have a better chance of avoiding such diseases even though sometimes it is out of our hands.

This is an excellent post. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 1,185,000 people in the United States alone are infected with HIV, and as many as 25% may not even realize they have it until they are in the advanced stages of infection. I have been an advocate of HIV/Aids causes since I was in high school. It’s been fifteen years now. It’s good to know there are others with the same purpose as well. More power to you…

Thank you for chiming in on this Brenda. Vaccines are pure poison, and are designed to create havoc on our immune systems. The latest vaccines are also created to destroy our reproductive systems as another form of population control.

I am also a strong believer in natural medicines and supplements.

I would not willingly allow myself or my children to be vaccinated, and like yourself, strongly urge others to seriously heed the warnings.
