What is BUPA, one might ask? BUPA is an international health and care company with bases on three continents and more than seven million customers. As a provident association, BUPA does not have shareholders and reinvests its surpluses into improved health and care facilities such as medical equipment, the latest technology and buildings. BUPA is very active in the Community, and all types of runners including elite athletes and wheelchair racers take part in the BUPA Great Run Series of events, the centrepiece of which is the BUPA Great North Run in Newcastle, the world’s largest half-marathon with 50,000 participants from all over the world. If one were searching for a Child care nursery, it would be interesting to know that Teddies Nurseries was established fifteen years ago to provide high quality professional childcare for children aged three months to five years. Since 2000 Teddies has been part of leading health and care organisation BUPA. They now have 34 nurseries and care for over 3,000 children and babies.

I would definately look into this further, if the need for a day nursery or child care were to become necessary for my own situation. As always, it is very important to do your research, and check in with other parents as well to get a good idea of what experiences others have had with any prospective child care facility.
