Looking for an excellent Tutor anyone?
When it comes to educating my children, I am always on the lookout for reliable resources to help fulfill our academic needs. Currently I am home-schooling my youngest daughter, yet even I am at times faced with challenges which require me to touch up on a subject matter. Especially with my least favourite subject of English, with all the silly requirements of a subject that truly should be simplified. Luckily I do have a good grasp of this particular subject and am able to keep her moving forward in a good way.
Tutoring may someday become a desirable option I am willing to look into if either of us happen to run into an academic roadblock and get stuck along the way. I do not forsee any major problems cropping up for us, yet I do know of some teens who have dropped out of school simply because they either do not have the confidence to move forward once they fall behind, or they cannot seem to grasp the concept of certain subjects. They are passed on to the next grade anyway, and then they fall even further behind. Eventually this becomes so frustrating that they give up. This may create difficulties later on in life.
Although so far so good for us, as I have totally been up to the challenge, and my curious nature brings a lot of interesting aspects to this home learning experience. Not only are we having lots of fun, while getting smarter, we are both expanding our knowledge of the World in so many different ways. And it is exciting to see that my daughter is leaping way beyond her supposed grade level. A great bonus is knowing that I still have the capacity to learn new things and expand my own horizon as well. This is an experience that I would not trade for anything in the World.

I know what you’re talking about. When I tried to teach my daughter all myself but found with difficult classes like physics and chemistry, I just couldn’t do it. i found a company called San Diego Tutor online and I’m using them. They’re really good and Megan (my daughter) is getting a lot out of it. I think you should give them a try if you run into problems like I did. GOOD LUCK!! Their website is http://www.Sandiegotutor.com.

You might also checkout Stepping Stone Tutors. Our son was really having a hard time understanding Geometry. He did fine with Algebra but I guess he has a different teacher now and was really starting to struggle. We called Stepping Stone Tutors and told them what we were looking for, including that our son has ADHD. They recommended a math tutor named Paul who worked as a high school math teacher during the day. Within a day, Paul started working with our son and has been coming twice a week ever since. I really liked how fast things were setup, their rates, and especially how great Paul is! Having him come to the house is really nice as well. I would definitely recommend this service to other parents.

Online learning is being popular among the students and parents both because it is not only cost effective but also delivers several extra edge benefits over traditional class room study. I think that the result of any online tutoring and thus the satisfaction of students largely depend upon the applied teaching strategy and student’s own initiatives. Active participation of students in online learning makes the whole learning procedure more effective and interesting. To know more about this aspect, http://tutorskingdom.com/ too may be a good source.

As the owner, director of a tutoring service I applaud your efforts. Tutoring is always an excellent option when you need a bit of help. Our new online service allows our tutors to help anyone…and everyone on a national and international level. Online tutoring is economical and allows clients to pay per question rather than go to the expense of hiring for an hour.
The thrill of being able to help such a vast audience is incredibly exciting.
Good luck with your homeschooling, and if you ever need us, we are here.
